Hertfordshire Constabulary are accepting the transfer of Police SEARCH Assessment Centre results.

This transfer window will close on 31st December 2015 (23.55hrs)

The criteria for transferring your results is as follows:

  • You must have attended a Police SEARCH Assessment Centre with another Home Office Force.
  • You must have sat your assessment centre within the last 6 months.
  • Your pass at assessment centre must be with an overall score of 60% or above. Please note that all minimum scores must also have been achieved. 

Please send a copy of your official SEARCH feedback report to: hertscareers@herts.pnn.police.uk  and your transfer of results will be taken into consideration. We will not be able to consider your transfer of results without a copy of the official SEARCH feedback report.

Once we have considered your transfer of results, if you are successful we will inform you of the next stages. Please note this recruitment campaign is with a view to fill intakes from 2016 onwards. Prior to commencing appointment with Hertfordshire Constabulary there is a requirement for you to have successfully undertaken the Certficate in Knowledge of Policing (CKP).

If you already hold the CKP, this qualification must be no more than 3 years old.

In addition, in order to demonstrate your legal knowledge is current, you will be expected to pass a knowledge exam prior to your appointment being confirmed.
