The Witness Care Team are responsible for providing a single point of contact for Victims and Witness, involved in prosecution cases, in line with the Victims code and Witness Charter. This involves providing support and Court case information depending on the individual needs of the victim or witness. Each member of the team has their own caseload and is responsible for the victims and witnesses involved in those cases.

This role calls for proven customer service experience, attention to detail, an organised approach to work, as well as an awareness of tight deadlines.

The hours are 37 per week Monday to Friday but to ensure Victims and Witnesses are updated as soon as possible these hours will be between 08:00 and 17:00 by arrangement with the WCT managers to ensure the full span of hours is covered.
