Applications are invited for a Business Support Administrator for a vacancy that has arisen in Crime Reduction and Community Safety department at Headquarters. CR& CS provides strategic, tactical and operational support to frontline practitioners on specialist areas such as rural policing, crime reduction and community safety.

The role is in the Community Safety team and involves supporting the schemes within the department including the Volunteers, Community Safety Accreditation Scheme and Community DriveSafe. Working as part of a professional team with a strong customer service ethos, the post holder will focus on providing administration for the schemes and supporting departmental events. The role will involve an element of travelling to other locations so would require a degree of flexibility and a full UK driving license.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills as well as excellent communication skills.
