The Business Support PA team is part of the Corporate Services department and provides an administrative and secretarial service to the senior managers throughout the organisation, to support the effective performance of their role and areas of responsibility.

We require a Personal Assistant for the Local Policing Command Superintendent for Crime based at Hatfield Police Station.

Working as part of a professional team with a strong customer service ethos, the post holder will focus on providing an administrative and secretarial service to the senior managers.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills as well as excellent communication skills, strong diary management, experience in taking minutes and experience in a range of administrative tasks.
