Vetting Unit
A volunteer is sought to assist the Vetting Unit during normal working hours based at Letchworth Police Station. Tasks will include assisting with entering data from spread sheets on to a database, scanning of files and other general administrative tasks.
The volunteer must be computer literate and be able to undertake training on Police systems. The volunteer must be committed, have high attention to detail and be prepared to attend an interview at Letchworth Police station. Hours are negotiable.
The Volunteer Scheme welcomes applications from across the county and will reimburse travelling expenses up to 15 miles from the volunteering location.
