V/034/H Safer Neighbourhood Team Support Volunteer - Watford

A volunteer is sought to assist the Watford Safer Neighbourhood Team on a regular, weekly basis during normal working hours. The volunteer will provide assistance and administrative support as well as updating victims of crime via telephone. The volunteer must be committed, have good interpersonal skills and be confident with dealing with the general public. The volunteer must also be computer literate and able to undertake training on Police systems.
A volunteer is sought who can be available for approximately 3 hours a week and must be available for an informal interview at Watford Police station.
The Police Community Volunteer Scheme welcomes applications from across the county and will reimburse travelling expenses up to 15 miles from the volunteering location.
