The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Bedfordshire is looking for an individual who has experience working within in or around the criminal justice arena.

We require a partner focused approach who will place victims and witnesses at the heart of every performance analysis or project.

You will be responsible for supporting the Criminal Justice in Bedfordshire and will lead sub group meetings to ensure we have an efficient and effective criminal justice system. This will involve highlighting solutions to local issues and developing pan-agency plans to mitigate them.

You will need to maintain effective governance through the criminal justice board structure by setting the agendas and ensuring the meetings drive solutions forward.

You will also lead on project work to support commissioned services through the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.

This is a permanent full time position and the post is based at Police Headquarters in Kempston within the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.

There will be a requirement to travel throughout the county to attend meetings.
