We are seeking motivational, dynamic, emotionally intelligent leaders to become part of our Special Constabulary Senior Leadership Team. You would play a pivotal part in leading our volunteer police workforce, providing strategic and operational direction. You will work in partnership with our communities and workforce, to ensure that Hertfordshire Constabulary continues to deliver an exceptional policing service.

The successful candidates will work closely with regular service leadership teams, operationally and strategically, together with the Special Constabulary Chief Officer team to deliver objectives as set out in the attached role profile.

We are seeking applications for Chief Inspectors. Hertfordshire Constabulary are keen to attract fresh talent to the organisation, therefore serving officers of all ranks are invited to apply, as well as candidates with relevant, transferable skills and experience at this level. Our Special Constabulary aim to have a workforce that represents the community we serve and applications are encouraged from candidates from under-represented communities. We are proud to be a disability confident employer.
