Why not join our Police Support Volunteer team with enthusiasm to support our local officers. We are looking for committed Police Support Volunteers to work across the county and have a number of locations across Hertfordshire.

Do you have good interpersonal skills are computer literate who would be confident dealing with the general public.

As a DriveSafe Volunteer you will supporting
PCSOs/PCs delivering local induction training to new DriveSafe schemes
PCSOS/PCs at appropriate forums including Parish meetings
Support individual DriveSafe schemes with issues that may arise and help to problem solve
Support DriveSafe teams with publicising their schemes
Support the evaluation of the DriveSafe scheme
Assist the DriveSafe team with allocating DriveSafe equipment
Support communication with DriveSafe groups by setting up, monitoring and moderating and on-line forum.

The Volunteer Scheme welcomes applications from across the county and reimburses travelling expenses up to 15 miles from the volunteering location. Hours and location to be agreed locally.
