Think volunteering is sitting behind a desk?
Would you like to give sometime back to the community, but want to be outside?
Then look no further, our dog unit is looking for a volunteer to help maintain the equipment and assist in keeping the training area safe for the police dogs to train in.
We are looking for someone
• With good practical skills
• Be able to repair / maintain the equipment
• Work unsupervised.
• Have a passion for the welfare of our Dogs
• Be able to maintain some records of equipment and their checks.
• Able to give up a few hours per week.

The Volunteer Scheme welcomes applications from across the county and will reimburse travelling expenses up to 15 miles from the volunteering location and will offer any appropriate training in safeguarding, first aid etc.
