The LPC RMU manages the duties of departments contained within the Local Policing Command. This includes units such as Intervention, Safer Neighbourhood Teams, Case Investigation and Local Crime Units. We are responsible for ensuring there is adequate numbers of staff and officers available to enable all units to operate on a daily basis. We also manage all abstractions from duties and operational requests.

We require a Business Support Administrator for the RMU working in a varied and demanding role within the Resource Management Unit based at Hatfield Police Station.
Working as part of a professional team with a strong customer service ethos, the post holder will focus on the Duty Management of the LPC units.

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, strong IT skills as well as excellent communication skills. Knowledge of GRS would be an advantage, however, not essential as training will be provided.

Due to this role involving shift work, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment by the Occupational Health and Safety Department
