The role holder will be responsible for the effective coordination and supervision of actions required in cases prosecuted through the Criminal Justice System. This work is vital to ensure that offenders are effectively brought to justice.

You will be responsible for the supervision of a team of Case Administrators and Witness Care Officers, overseeing the progression of criminal cases and coordinating actions to ensure justice is expedited, and escalating any issues which could impact on the case, where appropriate. You will be a point of liaison for internal and external partners, offering advice and assistance in relation to all related matters.

Please note that this role is subject to a shift pattern which incorporates early shifts (7am start.)
