Direct Entry Superintendent
Senior Leaders Wanted
The police want fresh ideas and perspectives. Are you ready for a new career challenge?
The Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire strategic alliance are looking for exceptional leaders who inspire confidence and bring with them innovative thinking that will help shape the future of policing.
The Direct Entry Superintendent programme supports the National Policing Vision in helping to bring exceptional existing leaders into the police service to make an immediate impact on culture, efficiency and effectiveness. The programme opens up entry to the police service to proven leaders who will join policing directly at the rank of superintendent, rather than having to work their way up from the rank of constable.
If you have exceptional senior leadership and management skills and want a challenging and rewarding career, please visit www.leadbeyond.police.uk to find out more about the Direct Entry Superintendent programme.
