***The Executive Support team are responsible for providing one-to-one administrative support to the NPCC Chief Officer team of Hertfordshire Constabulary including, the Chief Constable, Deputy & Assistant Chief Constables and Director of Resources.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the team for a Personal Assistant (PA). Reporting into the Business Manager, the PA role will be responsible for providing 121, organisational and administrative, secretarial support to the Assistant Chief Constable.

Based at WGC Police Headquarters the role will include; liaising with Senior Officers/Members of the Constabulary, diary management, taking and preparing meeting minutes, setting up audio visual equipment for meetings, maintaining accurate records and other admin related tasks.

The ideal applicant would have well-developed numeracy and analytical skills, knowledge of MS Office to an advanced level and preferably experience as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Leader of a large organisation.
