The HQ RMU manages the duties of various departments and is responsible for ensuring there is adequate numbers of staff and officers available to enable all units to operate on a daily basis. We also manage abstractions from duties and operational requests.

We require one Business Support Officer (Supervisor) to work in a varied and demanding role within the Resource Management Unit based at Headquarters (Welwyn Garden City). The post holder will be working as part of a professional team with a strong customer service ethos, supervising resources within the RMU and providing administrative expertise in support of the organization.
The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, strong IT skills as well as excellent communication skills. Previous supervisory and administrative experience is preferred, but not essential.
