This is a temporary role (for 12 months) within the Workforce Planning and Resourcing function of the BCH Human Resources department (Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire). The function provides the HR expertise and support to ensure effective resourcing and provision of management information products across the three forces to enable managers to effectively manage their people resource.

Reporting to the Senior Analyst, the role holder will be required to collate, prepare and analyse data from a variety of sources to produce reports and statistical commentaries for the tri-force alliance. They will be responding to complex enquires from both internal and external customers (such at the Home Office and FOI’s) in relation to HR analysis as well as undertaking a range of administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of applying statistical analysis and preparation of performance and management information reports. In addition, a proven ability to use a wide range of computer systems, databases, extraction tools and spread sheet packages is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity within the collaborated BCH HR function and the role holder will need to have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as being able to prioritise and multi task.
