***What we do

The Cameras Tickets & Collisions’ department provides a back office administration function in support of Specialist Operations, Joint Protective Services to reduce casualties on our roads. We currently have a Business Support Practitioner vacancy in our Prosecutions Department.

Who we need

We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The successful candidate should be a team player, be flexible and willing to complete training in Police bespoke ICT systems. You will be experienced in handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
We expect the successful candidate to be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. You must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. We deal directly with the public, so customer service experience is essential as you will be speaking to a wide variety of people representing the force appropriately.
