The Professional Standards Department is a collaborated Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Unit which is committed to improving public confidence and quality of service together with protecting and enhancing the integrity of all three forces by preventing and detecting unethical behavior, conducting timely and robust public complaint investigations, identifying lessons learned through investigation, educating, promoting and supporting good practice.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual, who is able to undertake administrative work in a challenging and demanding environment.

You will be working within a unit of the department that is responsible for Anti-Corruption and you would be carrying out administration functions that would require exceptional attention to detail and an organised approach to the work you would undertake.

We are looking for someone that has experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information and has experience in multi-tasking on a daily basis.

Full training on our systems will be provided.

The Professional Standards department is based at Biggleswade Police Station. The post is a permanent post and the hours are 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
