This role is an exciting opportunity to join the new HR Data and Digital Systems department. A key feature of HR Transformation this department has been designed to enable the current programme of digitilisation across HR. The overall aim is to achieve:

• Increased customer satisfaction and HR reputation
• Reduction in first line queries
• Reduction in cost and increase in efficiency
• Reduction in manual transactional activity

As Content Development Officer you will officiate our content management processes, developing and writing digital content. You will support the Content Manager as they develop, implement and manage a full and robust content management approach. Working closely with the rest of the HR Data and Digital team you will strive to:

• Maximise the delivery of self service and reduce key strokes/clicks required to access HR information and processes.
• Develop and protect the HR Brand and customer engagement across all HR data and digital systems.
• Enhance customer experience by responding to feedback and improving the content and processes accessible via the systems.
• Work with every function across HR, Operational Learning, Occupational Health, Health and Safety to ensure all digital content is up to date and easily accessible, highlighting opportunities where the potential for digital content is missing or can be developed.
