POLICE STAFF/1375/H - Personal Assistant to Chief Executive - Executive Support

Several Full Time Personal Assistant vacancies have arisen within the Executive Department at Hatfield Police Station and Police Headquarters in Welwyn Garden City.

The post involves varied administrative tasks which includes liaison with Senior Managers across the organisation and external stakeholders therefore excellent communication skills are essential. Time and diary management is a crucial part of this role therefore proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook is also essential. 

Attention to detail and being proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary as there will be a requirement to research, prepare and present documents in an efficient, timely, accurate and confidential manner.

The successful candidate will need to be a highly motivated individual, who has the ability to work using their own initiative by prioritising their workload, often with little notice.
