An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Administrator to join the Operational Learning Administration Team based at Monks Wood (Cambridgeshire). This team is part of the collaborated BCH HR Operational Learning Department.

The team provides essential administration services to BCH Operational Learning to co-ordinate police training and are instrumental in linking the needs of the customer with the training available via effective and efficient administrative processes.

This role requires excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload on a daily basis, along with a flexible approach and a customer focused attitude.  Daily activities include supporting officers and staff with training related queries, closely monitoring planned training events to ensure that the Operational Learning service provision is effectively utilised and working collaboratively with department colleagues to manage administrative tasks linked to training delivery.

Data monitoring will be an integral part of the role in relation to tracking training activity and therefore a good working knowledge of MS Excel and general IT Systems knowledge will be essential with support provided to ensure existing skills in all areas are supported and developed.
