*****The Executive Support team are responsible for providing one-to-one administrative support, to the NPCC Chief Officer team of Hertfordshire Constabulary including, the Chief Constable, Deputy & Assistant Chief Constables and Director of Resources.

An opportunity has arisen within the team for a Personal Assistant (PA).
The role is responsible for providing one-to-one, organisational and administrative, support to the Director of Resources (DoR) working alongside the Staff Officer. The portfolio includes Estates and Facilities, Finance and Pensions and reports into the Business Manager.

Based at WGC Police Headquarters the role will include; liaising with Senior Officers/Members of the Constabulary, diary management, organising onsite and virtual meetings using conferencing facilities and a variety of related tasks.

Along with the ability to prioritise and work pro-actively, the ideal applicant would have well-developed analytical skills, good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Leader of a large organisation or within a pensions or finance related support position.
