If you are a highly-dynamic individual who has worked previously in a senior accountancy role with significant financial management experience who is looking for a challenge working in a complex financial environment across 7 police forces (Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Norfolk and Suffolk), then this could be the role you have been looking for.

We are currently looking for a Finance Partner to provide strategic advice, guidance and support to 7 Force collaborated functions and who can demonstrate a broad range of practical financial skills and knowledge and experience of working in a complex financial environment.

The successful applicant must hold a full CCAB accountancy qualification.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate key financial information, as well as good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.

Advanced Excel and Word skills and the ability to use IT to manage and present information and reports are essential.

Travel: Whilst the role is normally based at an agreed location, you will be required to travel regularly to other establishments across the seven forces as may be reasonably required.
