The BCH Delivery Management Office is recruiting a Project and Continuous Improvement Analyst – Advanced Level. In this important role you will work as part of a small, dynamic team delivering transformational change across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Police. You will assist with delivering change programmes for frontline officers and staff to improve business processes and key policing objectives. You will work with the team to fulfil all aspects of management and delivery of programmes including planning, governance, stakeholder management, change management, dependency management, risk and issue management, and benefits realisation as part of the overall change portfolio across the BCH Strategic Alliance.

You will have recent experience of working in a change environment in a complex organisation, with evidence of effectively delivering business change processes. Proven interpersonal and communication skills, together with the ability to work as part of the team are essential attributes. The ability to analyse data and assist with continuous improvement procedures to deliver service improvement are vital skills. Excellent organisational skills are required with the ability to plan and prioritise workload to deliver against pre-defined timescales. Flexibility whilst being able to adapt and respond to changing circumstances in conjunction with continuing to deliver responsibilities is essential.

The capability to travel to different locations is essential in order to undertake all assignments in a timely manner and to occasionally attend regional and national meetings.

Due to the requirement to work flexibly a full UK driving licence is considered essential.
