Leading a Team of administrators and coordinators toward effective Criminal Justice is a rewarding and exciting role. You will guide your team to ensure quality crime files are received within the Criminal Justice (CJ) partnership within agreed timescales, and continually innovate to ensure that Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire victims of crime are provided the CJ service they deserve. You will inspire your team to constantly deliver across the AOJ portfolio, providing support and guidance to officers preparing files, and streamline processes to improve the CJ Partnership. You will oversee and collate performance data to reassure Forces and Partners of trends and opportunities and build strong relationships across your portfolio to achieve this. As a valued member of the AOJ Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in future proofing CJ in response to ever changing policing needs and processes.
