Cambridgeshire Constabulary is committed to ensuring that our workforce reflects the diverse communities we serve. The Access Course is open to people from all backgrounds who meet our essential criteria. However, minority ethnic communities, including White non-British, are currently under-represented within the force and are particularly encouraged to apply.

Cambridgeshire Constabulary is offering an exciting opportunity to take part in our ever popular Access Course. This programme will give individuals the chance to meet officers in a wide range of roles in force; tips and training on how to succeed at different stages within the recruitment process; and opportunities to shadow officers and learn, first hand about different departments. You will get a better understanding of how the force operates and what we value.

The Access Course is a voluntary programme that will take place, on a Thursday evening for nine consecutive weeks. Each session will run from approximately 19:00 till 20:30.

The next Access Course is scheduled to start on Thursday 5th April 2018.

We are looking for individuals who are committed and genuinely interested in making the Police force a career.

Please be aware that the course is very popular and places are limited.
