· Would you like more of an insight into the Constabulary and the role of a Police Officer?

· Would you like more information about a role in the Police, without initially making the commitment of a career change?

· Or are you sure of your aspirations to work for the Police, but would like to strengthen your skills within the recruitment process?

Cambridgeshire Constabulary is committed to ensuring that our workforce reflects the diverse communities we serve. The Access Course is open to people from all backgrounds who meet our essential criteria. However, minority ethnic communities, including White non-British, are currently under-represented within the force and are particularly encouraged to apply.

Cambridgeshire Constabulary is offering an exciting opportunity to take part in our ever popular Access Course. This programme will give individuals the chance to meet officers in a wide range of roles in force; tips and training on how to succeed at different stages within the recruitment process; and opportunities to shadow officers and visit different departments. You will get a better understanding of how the force operates and what we value.

The Access Course is a voluntary programme that will take place, on a Thursday evening for nine consecutive weeks. Each session will run from approximately 19:00 till 20:30.
Please note the next Access Course starts the beginning of April 2017.

We are looking for individuals who are committed, open to learn and are considering applying to the force thereafter. Please be aware places are limited.

To apply, please complete our on-line application form.
