This role is an exciting opportunity to join the new HR Data and Digital Systems department. Key to delivering HR Transformation, this department delivers HR and Duties Systems, Data and Content which will:
Increase customer satisfaction and enhance HR reputation
Improve customers’ ability to self-serve HR services at their convenience
Reduce cost and increase efficiency
Reduce manual transactions and improve processes across HR

As System Officer for iLearn and NCALT Operational Learning systems, you will have experience of L&D Systems and processes and knowledge of one or both systems.
Reporting to the Systems Administrator, you will:
Be customer focussed, and advise and support internal customers to ensure the smooth running of systems
Be playing an active role in developing and improving systems practice, knowledge and expertise
Be a team player, and contribute to an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
Working proactively with other HR functions to develop a customer focused offering in assuring student self-service is a clear and efficient
To manage the relevant systems data to ensure systems perform correctly and efficiently
Proactively highlight and improve system data quality and integrity

The post will be located at Chord Park in Huntingdon and, subject to Force guidance and Covid risk assessments in place at any time, the successful applicant would be required to attend site 2/3 days per week.
