This role is an exciting opportunity to join the new HR Data and Digital Systems department. Key to delivering HR Transformation, this department delivers HR and Duties Systems, Data and Content which will:

• Increase customer satisfaction and enhance HR reputation
• Improve customers’ ability to self-serve HR services at their convenience
• Reduce cost and increase efficiency
• Reduce manual transactions and improve processes across HR

As System Officer for iManage, our iTrent HR/Payroll system, you will have experience of HR Systems and processes and knowledge of iTrent.

Reporting to the Systems Administrator, you will:
• Be customer focussed, and advise and support internal customers to ensure the smooth running of systems
• Be playing an active role in developing and improving systems practice, knowledge and expertise
• Be a team player, and contribute to an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
• Working proactively with other HR functions to develop a customer focused offering in assuring Employee and Manager self-service is a clear and efficient
• To manage the relevant system establishment and structure change processes
• Proactively highlight and improve system data quality and integrity.

The post will be located at Chord Park in Huntingdon and, subject to Force guidance and Covid risk assessments in place at any time, the successful applicant would be required to attend site 2/3 days.
