The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner Bedfordshire is looking for a successful, well organised and experienced Commissioning and Pathways Officer to join their small yet far reaching team. 

The successful candidate will be required to work on their own initiative but also as part of a team, they will be responsible for some elements of income generation by way of preparing and submitting funding applications for the OPCC, working closely with the Commissioning Project Advisor and also working with the Early Intervention Project Manager connecting young service users and their families/support networks with mentors in order to support them to make healthy choices in their own lives. 

This role opportunity comes at an exciting time as the Office is about to embark on delivering the newly appointed Police and Crime Commissioners -Three-year Police and Crime Plan. This means we will have new opportunities for the creation of projects that will drive down criminality, support victims and improve trust and confidence across the communities of Bedfordshire in their police service. 

The Office of Police and Crime Commissioner is based in Kempston, Bedfordshire and the role will require both remote working, travel and days in the office.
