HR Query Team Administrator – fixed-term contract (12 months)

(B) Sc4-5 (C) Sc3-4 (H) A3

Location: Daneshill, Stevenage, Hertfordshire

The BCH HR Query Team has a vacancy for the fixed-term role of Query Team Administrator. The post holder will be working alongside six Query Team Advisors, and will report to our Senior Query Team Advisor. The fixed-term contract will run for 12 months.

The newly-established Query Team provides a one stop shop for HR queries, which are received from across the three counties mainly via the iQuery system. Our Query Team Administrator will use iQuery on a daily basis and support the team by managing some of the less technical HR queries, which could include researching information, interrogating HR systems and signposting customers to information and user guides that are on iQuery. A good understanding of the iTrent/iManage systems is necessary, as many of the queries will relate to changes that need to be made on the HR systems.

Providing a quality HR service to our customers and optimising the use of digital technology are paramount to our vision of the new Query Team. The post holder will provide excellent customer service while managing a wide range of queries, and look for ways to improve the service we deliver. Please see the role profile and context sheet attached for further details of the responsibilities of the role.

The post holder will be based in Daneshill, Stevenage.

For further information please contact Hayley Byrne, Query Team Manager at Hayley.Byrne@beds.police.uk
