Bedfordshire Police are hosting an information day for those interested in our exciting vacancies within the Force Contact Centre (FCC).

The FCC is based at Bedfordshire Police Headquarters in Kempston and is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our FCC staff work flexibly, including weekends and evenings/nights, to answer emergency and non-emergency calls and direct resources across Bedfordshire.

Our information day is for prospective candidates to find out more about the FCC front-line roles and is being held on Friday 12th April 12.30pm in the Lecture Theatre at Bedfordshire Police Headquarters, Woburn Road, Kempston, MK45 9AX.

The information day will last for approximately two hours and you will have the opportunity to meet some of our FCC team, learn more about our department and our vacancies and gather information and guidance about the application process, salaries/benefits and training that we offer. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

We look forward to meeting you all and sharing our exciting and rewarding vacancies with you.

Please note the contact details you have provided will be passed onto the FCC in order for a reminder message of the event to be sent.

If you are unable to attend an FCC event, but are interested in a role within this department, then we can organise for one of the training team to call or email you to discuss this further. If this is something you are interested in then please email BCHCareers@herts.pnn.police.uk with the subject FAO Paris - Beds FCC - Interest.
