Promotion to Chief Inspector

The Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Strategic Alliance are seeking applications for promotion to Chief Inspector from substantive Inspectors as well as external applicants seeking promotion and substantive Chief Inspector seeking lateral transfer.

To be successful you need to have proven leadership skills as well as an ability to deliver outstanding performance for the communities we serve. You should also demonstrate, through an up to date PDR, a high level of competence at your current rank. All applicants will be selected on an equal basis that determines their suitability for the post.

To apply, you will need to complete an application form evidencing against the National Role Profile in 4 key accountability areas of Managing Resources, Team Development, Building Partnerships and Operational Supervision.
