PS/057/B Force Control Room - (FCR) Call Operator

We are currently welcoming applications for full time Force Control Room (FCR) Call Operators.

Excellent customer service and computer skills are vital for these roles. As an FCR Operator you will work variable 12 hour days, various shifts will be available full and part time. The role is a vital one in supporting the Control Room by taking ‘999’ calls and general calls from the public and other Forces.

Successful applicants will be expected to attend an assessment as part of the recruitment process, followed by an interview if successful at assessment. The assessments will be held at Headquarters on the 16th March 2017 with interviews taking place w/c 27th March 2017. We are working toward an intake in June 2017.

Please note there are various shifts for this role on either a full time or part time basis.
