The BCH Delivery Management Office is recruiting a Business Benefits Manager. In this important role you will work as part of a small, dynamic team delivering transformational change. You will work with the team to fulfil all aspects of Benefits Management and provide support and guidance to Programme Managers. The role requires the development and maintenance of the tri-force benefits management framework to deliver savings and service improvements. Experience of advising Senior Responsible Owners and relevant boards on benefits realisation and predicted forecasts is required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of day to day management of benefits as well as the ability to identify opportunities to better communicate benefits realisation and maximisation to Business Leads. The role holder will set standards for, oversee and conduct post implementation reviews to compare the benefits realised with those forecast and to identify lessons learnt.

You will have proven interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills, together with the ability to negotiate and influence staff at all levels. Excellent organisational skills are required, with the ability to plan and prioritise benefit related aspects of work across a number of programmes. Flexibility whilst being able to adapt and respond to changing circumstances and maintaining the delivery of programme benefits is essential.

The capability to travel to different locations is essential in order to undertake all assignments in a timely manner and to occasionally attend regional and national meetings.

Due to the requirement to work flexibly a full UK driving licence is considered essential.
