An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the Operational Learning Administration Team based at Monks Wood (Cambridgeshire). This team is part of the collaborated BCH HR Operational Learning Department.

The team provides essential administration services to BCH Operational Learning to co-ordinate police training and are instrumental in linking the needs of the customer with the training available via effective and efficient administrative processes.

This role requires excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload on a daily basis, along with a flexible approach and a customer focused attitude. Daily activities include supporting customers with training related queries and closely monitoring planned training events to ensure that the Operational Learning service provision is effectively utilised. The compilation of a variety of reports and data analysis will be an integral part of the role in relation to monitoring and tracking training activity and therefore a good working knowledge of MS Excel and general IT Systems knowledge will be essential.
