We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated member of staff to join the Offender Management Unit for a 10 month career development opportunity as an Investigation Officer.

The Offender Management unit currently manages Registered Sex Offenders, domestic violence perpetrators, high volume offenders and burglary nominals.

We have a North and South team and so need to be willing to be based at either station.

The team currently work a 4 week shift pattern. You will work predominantly day shifts, 5 late shifts, and 1 weekend in 4.

The individual needs to be able to drive as this role requires visiting people that we manage around the county.

We are seeking officers with experience in investigation and ideally PIP 2 qualified. It is essential that you have PIP 1.

The role profile also states that the individual must have ARMS and RM2K training. Training will be given for the successful candidate to achieve these skills once in post.

We will shortlist week commencing the 5th March 2018 and then give interview dates for the 8 / 9th March 2018.

If successful, vetting checks will be completed and a psychological assessment will be required. You would then be subject to an annual psychological assessment.
