An opportunity has arisen for a Chief Inspector or substantive Inspector seeking a development opportunity, to join the People and Workforce Development team.  This is a temporary post for approx 12 months.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking at a wider organisational understanding, project delivery and working towards promotion.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to evidence a high level of individual performance and excellent communication skills.  Within the role they will have responsibility for overseeing the Force Uplift programme, implementation of PEQF within Beds, workforce planning and the Student Development teams.
