A career development opportunity has arisen for an Intelligence Analyst to step-up as a Senior Intelligence Analyst to work on Op COSTELLO (fixed term until 31 Mar 23). This role will coordinate the intelligence analyst team assigned to Op COSTELLO, have oversight of the team’s approach and standards, and mentor staff.

Applicants must have a proven record as an intelligence analyst and have demonstrated leadership potential throughout their work. Strong interpersonal skills are required along with excellent presentation skills to support engagement with a variety of stakeholders including those as a corporate senior level.

Reporting to the Tactical Intelligence and Performance Support Manger, the post is 37hrs per week, Monday to Friday. The role is predominantly home working with the occasional requirement to attending meetings in either Bedford Borough Hall or Kempston HQ.
