BCH Operational Learning Crime Training team are looking for DC's for current and projected vacancies across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. 

Have you had some experience of coaching/mentoring or training? Would you like to help develop officers & staff to improve their investigation skills? Do you have experience of training on an online platform, specifically MS Teams? Then come and join the Crime training team.  

You will be joining a highly motivated team of officers, and staff, from three forces to deliver and develop crime training including Initial Detective training and Investigative Interviewing courses. Our courses are delivered online as well as classroom-based training.  

If you have good communication skills and a proven record of crime investigation, then you are who we are looking for. Previous training qualifications would be desirable but not essential as the successful candidates will complete the Level 3 in Education and Training Award.  

Crime Training is a collaborated team within BCH Operational Learning and there is a requirement to deliver training across Beds, Cambs and Herts including Dunstable, Stevenage and Monkswood.
