***The Police and Crime Commissioner for Bedfordshire is seeking a motivated individual to play a key role in her team.

In the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, where this post sits, we commission and monitor a wide range of complex services and are looking for somebody with experience of commissioning victim support services, criminal justice projects and social justice initiatives for local or central Government agencies. The work can be pressured so resilience and a willingness to turn your hand to whatever comes your way are good attributes.

You should have a natural ability to get on with people at all levels, have project management experience plus good financial awareness and be competent with spreadsheets. You will also be methodical, a problem solver and be able to work using your own initiative.
